Combination Brush/Drum Sander Features

It is a small Combination Brush/Drum Sander suitable for DIY players and studio users. It is convenient to be placed on the woodworking table and used directly.

It can also be used directly on the ground after adding a stand. It is suitable for the last polishing process of wooden boards.

It can be used with the number of abrasive sanding paper. The smaller the number, the finer the polished surface.

Also, you could place different brushes, such as Flatter Brush, Nylon Brush, and Wire Brush, etc.

Quickly change brush heads or abrasive loadings 

Our exclusive technology allows you to drum sand and profile sand on the same machine. Interchangeable drum and brush heads allows for unlimited applications.

DRO system

Add the digital readout scale.
It can quickly and correctly read the linear displacement variation, and there will be no interpretation error due to personal operation.

 

Double groove of pulley 

As the horse power is increased, original single groove upgrades to double groove of pulley to increase the friction of the belt and pulley. 

 

Add the inverter system

Inverter system could offer variable speeds for different brushes or drums.
A variable frequency drive speed control with digital readout with the turn of a dial. 

 

Add the extension table

  • Increase the stability of feeding  the work piece.
  • Longer work piece is allowed.
  • Increase the working space.
  • Use it as a working table to place some small tools.



Add the safety board

  • You could adjust the height of the safety board  you need  by two knobs.
